Service Agreement
By engaging Fryloop's services, you agree to these terms. We'll work together to define specific project terms in a separate agreement that addresses scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
Scope of Services
We provide AI automation and RAG development services as specified in individual project agreements. Each project will have clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Intellectual Property
Custom systems and solutions developed for you are your property. We retain rights to general frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components. Specific IP arrangements will be detailed in project agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we use milestone-based payments tied to deliverables. We expect timely payment as specified in agreements.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We won't share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding our proprietary information.
Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice as specified in project agreements. Upon termination, you'll receive deliverables completed to that point, and payment will be due for work completed.
